Q. Can I order over the phone?
A. Since the artwork is personalized, we require you provide us with a hard or electronic copy to process your order.

Q. How soon will I receive the merchandise after my order is sent?
Processing:
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders received on weekends will be processed the following Monday. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Shipping:
Since all products are personalized, it takes time to produce each piece of art. Delivery time is 2 weeks from the date the order and payment are processed. The organization representative will be notified of the date the merchandise is shipped.
Overnight:
Since all orders must be queued for personalization, we do not provide any overnight delivery service.

Q. How is the product packaged?
A. Each unit is packaged individually in a specially-designed box. A copy of the order sheet will be enclosed, and all orders will be shipped directly to the customer.

Q. Can you ship internationally?
A. At this time, Personalized Sports Art™ can ship to the 48 continental United States, plus Alaska and Hawaii (We do not ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses or international addresses).

Q. Is the artwork available un-personalized?
A. No.

Q. What if the artwork has misspellings?
A. Less than .05% of our orders contain errors. However, if you encounter a misspelling, we first must determine where the error occurred. If the misspelling is our error, for instance: we spelled the name differently than what is depicted on the submitted order form, we will replace the art at no cost.

However, if we produced the artwork per the order form, but the information depicted on the order form was misspelled, that would be the purchaser's responsibility. If the artwork needs to be re-done, we will need to charge an additional fee. We encourage double and triple spell-checking.
